It's Christmas Eve today, so we are keeping things short and sweet this week. We hope that, wherever you are, you are surrounded by love and gratitude today.
We'll just share a Rollout Update and personal message in the outtro.

💝 Rollout Update 💝
Another shipment of Totems arrived at HQ yesterday! They have already passed QC and are en route to our fulfillment partner. These Totems will be shipping out to customers this week.
Today's shipment was a huge step forward for Quality Control. Only 1 device in the entire shipment didn't pass our check. That means our Manufacturer is very close to being approved for all QC themselves—which will speed up the shipping time from factory to customer by 40-50%.
The next shipment from our manufacturer is already on the way, and it's around 10X the size! UPS says it should arrive at HQ by early next week, perhaps sooner. At that point, they will undergo inspection and Quality Control before shipping out to customers.
Our number 1 priority continues to be product quality. If the QC success from today's shipment is mirrored on the next shipment, the hardware defect issue that has slowed down rollout thus far is officially resolved! Let's all keep our fingers crossed together. 😊🤞
Although it is slowing down the speed for rollout, our internal team is still committed to handling all Quality Control ourselves until the manufacturer sends us one more shipment with an acceptable scrap rate (< 3%).
In case you missed the news, we've launched our new-and-improved Rollout Tracker (pictured above)—your go-to resource for all things Totem Compass production and shipping.
On the page, you'll find a live tracker showing who’s next in the queue and estimated shipping timelines.
It gets updated multiple times per week, and also includes updates on production and manufacturing milestones.
As you can see on the Rollout Tracker, the last order fulfilled was #1435 — this will be updated in a few days when the next round of Totems is shipped to customers. And then again when next week's shipment goes out!
We are expecting to ship all existing orders by the end of February (both pre-orders and new orders) and all orders are being shipped in chronological order.

To be honest with you, it's HARD to believe that this is the second Christmas-edition Totem Tuesday.
It feels like only yesterday that were sending last year's TT out, to only around 50 people. 🤯
Life can change so quickly.
In fact, that's pretty much the only truly consistent thing about life: change.
Sometimes change feels helpful, or good. Sometimes it feels painful, or bad. But it keeps coming. No matter what we want, we get change.
And we are left only to choose how we will respond to that change.
There have been so many changes this year—and yet, you choose to stick right here. You choose to open Totem Tuesday and read it all the way through, on a holiday.
That means everything.
