3 things to know this week

‍

1) Shipping Update

There is but ONE shipment left (of ~4500 Totems) to arrive at our logistics partner here in the States before we can finally say that EVERY pre-order Tribemate will have received their long-awaited loot.

‍

We previously said there were 2 final shipments remaining, but through some finesse and expedited shipping we're implementing, these two batches are being combined... and are expected to arrive by February 27th — maybe sooner! 🎁

‍

Here's a breakdown of where we're at:

• As of now, we are so proud to be able to say that over 20,000 Totem Compasses have shipped to customers around the world. 🤯
  
  
• We are still on track to fulfill ALL pre-orders by the end of February.
  
  
• As of today, new orders ship within 45 days of the order being placed, which will be standard moving forward! Use this timeline to plan around your upcoming festivals.

For the vast majority of pre-orders, the wait is already over. For those toward the back-end of the queue, keep an eye on that email inbox for your tracking number—your time is almost here! ⚡️

2) Pre-Seed Round CLOSED

‍

This week was a MASSIVE week for our startup! 🤩

‍

Thanks to the contributions by our team of amazing angel investors around the world, Totem has closed $1.3M from its Pre-Seed Funding Round, which was finalized last Thursday.

‍

Our press release commemorating the funding round was picked up by a ton of media outlets, both through syndication and organic interest! Top stories have gone live on AP News, Yahoo! Finance, Benzinga, VentureBeat, FinSMES, CityBiz, Hypepotamus, Teknovation... and many more. 💪

‍

We won't repeat everything said in the press release here, but this funding will be used primarily to scale up our production capabilities to meet the massive demand throughout the 2025 festival season and bring on more technical talent to make the underlying tech EVEN MORE BADASS.

‍

In fact, we've got a new technical hire starting later this week (our 8th full-time teammember), who we'll be introducing in the next Totem Tuesday. 🎉

‍

We've also got new products & tech in the development pipeline, some of which you will hear about NEXT MONTH!

3) More Flash Sales Incoming 👀

Last week, we had our first-ever Flash Sale for the Totem Compass in honor of the Holiday of Love, Valentine's Day! 💗

...and we were BLOWN AWAY by the response 🤯

We learned that deals like this make a big difference for all of you... we appreciate everyone spending their hard-earned money on our product—you're the reason we're here and able to be doing this thing!

‍

There was an incredible turnout for Valentine's Day, with OVER 150 duos participating in this Flash Sale and even more of you asking if they can still get in on that ✨ ACTION ✨even after the sale had concluded. 🤣

‍

As a result of this, we are already planning a variety of other flash sales in the future.

‍
