Rollout is about to hit Lightspeed, baby 😎

As of today, 1491 orders have already been fulfilled! The average order contains around 3.7 Totem Compasses (we'll let you do the math).

‍

The latest order shipped is Order #3081. If your order number is #3081 or lower, you should have already received your tracking information—if not your Totems themselves!

‍

And guess what... Another 7000+ Totems are arriving at our shipping partner over the next 2 days, which means thousands of you will receive tracking info very soon.

‍

We are still on track to fulfill ALL pending orders by mid-February, and most will be much sooner.

‍

3 things we accomplished

‍

1) Major Rollout Progress 📈

‍

‍

This week has been huge for Rollout. To help you understand why, here's some context...

‍

‍

Last week, another 1000 Totems shipped out to customers around the world.

‍

That means we've shipped over 5,000 Totems so far. 🙌

‍

‍

But here's the exciting bit:

By this time next week, that number will have more than DOUBLED.

‍

Here's why 👇

‍

Another 3,250 Totems arrived at our shipping partner TODAY, and another 3600 are set to arrive by Thursday!

‍

And there's more where that came from...

‍

Another 10,000+ Totems are currently in production and at least 3000 are expected to be shipped next week... meaning over 13,000 Totems will have been sent to Tribemates around the world in January alone.

‍

‍

Those of you who stuck with us through this entire process... we are so excited that you are finally about to taste some sweet rewards. YOU DESERVE IT! 😘

‍

Every current order is expected to ship within the next month, and most (60-80%) are expected to ship in less than two weeks.

‍

We'll be shipping on-hand inventory in real-time when new orders are placed in February, and we're stoked. 😍

2) Totem Cable Splitters 🔌

We are excited to announce that we have finished development and sourcing for our very first sidecar product—the Totem USB-C Splitter!

‍

‍

Simple, effective, and affordable, this will allow you to charge up to four Totems at once. ⚡️

‍

‍

Since the average Tribemate purchases around 3.7 Totem Compasses in their order, we created this product to enable everyone to easily keep your entire fam charged up.

‍

‍

The Totem USB-C Splitter will be available for purchase on our store sometime in February—so stay tuned for that announcement! 🎉

2 things we learned

‍

1) Indoor Battery Life Insights 🔋

‍

Thanks to several Tribemates who sent us feedback after New Years Eve festivals, we learned something extremely useful!

‍

‍

These Tribemates reported that their battery life was significantly shorter than normal at these indoor events—a real head-scratcher. 🤔

‍

‍

Of course, Totems are designed for outdoor-use, so these Tribemates only lost out on several hours of Vibe Mode.

‍

But hey—Vibe Mode is serious business. You didn't just buy the Totem because it helps you find your people outside. You also bought it because it LOOKS AWESOME.

‍

So our engineers launched a full-scale investigation... and discovered a simple (and easily fixable) source of this issue in the firmware. 🤓

‍

‍

Apparently, Totems were using double the normal amount of power in settings where they are forced to endlessly search for satellite signal (like a massive indoor arena), which meant that they drained the battery twice as fast in an environment that really should use minimal resources.

‍

Thanks to those Tribemates, this issue has been fixed with the upcoming 3.7.0 Software Update!

‍

This means that everyone will soon be free to wear their Totem both inside and outside for hours-on-end, just for the VIBES. 🙏

‍

‍

‍

2) Big Partnerships = Big Contracts 📃

‍

2025 is shaping up to be an ENORMOUS year, but not just for festival goers...

‍

We've got many exciting partnerships in the works, some with major international brands looking to incorporate the Totem Compass into their activations and promotional events. 🙌

‍

But man... you wouldn't IMAGINE how many documents are involved in becoming an official promotional supplier for some of the world's largest companies!

‍

(unless you live in that corporate world, in which case you probably know all too well) 😂

‍

‍

Fact: it took more documents to onboard for just ONE of these partnerships than it did to incorporate and register our business! A lot more, actually 🤣

‍

That said, these are some of the most exciting documents that any of us have ever trudged through. Each and every one lays the groundwork for some seriously INCREDIBLE collaborations.

‍

Soon, we'll be able to share these partnerships publicly, but for now we're just excited to be able to make an impact in so many different ways around the world. 🎉

1 thing to look forward to

Software Update 3.7.0 Coming Soon!

‍

The biggest software update in Totem history is nearly here—bringing with it a slew of big improvements, new features, and bug fixes.

‍

‍

The biggest gamechanger in the 3.7.0 update is Battery Life Extension.

‍

With this update, we expect Totems to be able to Vibe for 25-30% longer on a single charge. 🥳

‍

But that's not all! Battery Life might be the headliner, but the 3.7.0 update has a deep lineup.

‍

‍

Here are some other fun improvements from the Release Notes:

• Devices communicate much more efficiently
  
• Transition time from Vibe Mode to Compass Mode reduced from ~3 seconds to almost immediate
  
• Bonding success rate drastically improved
  
• Crystal Check feature now available while device is Searching For Satellite
• Searching for GNSS animation exits immediately once a GNSS lock occurs (previously it would take a few seconds to exit)

 And a BUNCH of other things, including bug fixes! You can check the official Update Details on our Software Update page once it's released.  We expect Update 3.7.0 to release in the next 1-2 weeks, so stay tuned to all our channels for the announcement! 🎉
