During Rollout, we are keeping things focused and simple here on Totem Tuesday.

This week, we'll start with Rollout Updates and a couple of exciting announcements.

Then we'll walk through all the amazing Product Resources available to​help you become a Totem Super User once your order arrives! 🦸‍♂️

1) ⬇️ Rollout Update ⬇️

‍

In case you haven't checked in for the last few updates, shipping is officially underway and the first Tribemates have already received their Totems!

‍

We received another big shipment just yesterday, and all approved units will be going out to the next people in the shipping queue over the next week.

‍

Unfortunately, this latest shipment has an unexpectedly high amount of manufacturer defects.

‍

No need to worry—all units undergo 100% inspection and rigorous Quality Control by our internal team before shipping to customers.

‍

However, this does mean that some shipping times for pre-orders have been delayed. We are working closely with our manufacturer to get this issue resolved to ensure everyone gets their fully tested & approved Totems as soon as possible.

‍

We still expect to ship more than 1,000 fully-approved Totems over the next week, however.

‍

Currently, our Supply Chain forecasts that we will have ALL pre-orders shipped in December despite this temporary setback.

‍

We will continue communicating Rollout Updates twice weekly (Totem Tuesday and the Friday Order Updates) to keep you informed with the latest information.

‍

Thank you for your patience and love. Producing brand-new technology at such massive scale and shipping it across the world is no simple feat! But it's only a matter of time now. 🫶

James was a devoted member of the Tribe himself, not so long ago. In fact, he's one of our earliest customers (Order #2819)!

He's also a rave dad to many, and quite beloved in the festival community. Fun fact: he recently organized a 40+ person trip to Lost Lands this year 🤯

With his deep experience in PR and live events, copywriting prowess, and sincere love for the music festival community, we're confident that James can unlock a new level for the Totem brand.

1) QR Code

‍

‍

Your most important resource is the QR Code!

‍

The QR Code is located on the back of your Totem Compass.

The first time you scan the QR Code, it will allow you to register your Totem. This is super important for product support and warranty claims.

‍

After you register your Totem on the first scan, the QR code will start directing you to helpful resources (Quickstart Guide, Pro Guide, Product Feedback/Support, etc) on subsequent scans.

If you're at a festival or live event and people ask you about your Totem Compass, you can also ask them to scan the QR code on your Totem. This will direct them to our referral page, where they will be able to purchase their own Totem Compass!

Over the next few months, we will be rolling out some gamified rewards programs to reward you for every unique person you get to scan your QR code Stay tuned! 🫶

2) Totem QuickStart Guide

We recommend reading the QuickStart Guide all the way through at LEAST once. It takes less than 10 minutes. 🫶

The Totem Compass Pro Guide goes deep. It walks you through every single feature, function, and animation on your Totem.

You can find the Pro Guide by either scanning your QR code on the back of your Totem, or by navigating to the Resources page on our website.

The Pro Guide leaves no stone unturned. It even covers nuanced topics like:
