The first pre-order customers are receiving their Totems as I write this RIGHT NOW. The time for hype is now, baby!

Then, we'll walk through the 5 things you should do when your Totem Compass arrives at your doorstep.

1) ⬇️ Rollout Update ⬇️
Shipping has officially begun! 😍
The very first pre-orders shipped out last Thursday. Regardless of when they were placed, all pre-orders are forecasted to ship out within the next 30 days.
The Shipping Queue is prioritized by chronological order. When you receive your Totems is solely determined by when you placed your pre-order. For specific updates on YOUR order timeline, look for the weekly Order Update email we send out every Friday.
We will continue communicating weekly updates until all pre-orders have shipped out! 🥳
2) 🤯 Impossible Accuracy 🤯
You've never used a product with this level of location precision, I promise.
That's neither hyperbole nor simping. In good conditions, the Totem Compass can get centimeter-level location precision.

And it will only get better from here, with the continuous improvement planned through our ongoing firmware updates. 📈
3) 🎆 EDC Orlando 🎆
The week has come: the Electric Sky is returning to Florida!
EDC Orlando holds a very special place in our hearts here at Totem. It's where the idea was born back in 2019 when our co-founder's phone got stolen at his first ever music festival.

So of course we will be there this weekend!
One update for everyone: we will not be selling Totems at EDC this weekend because we decided to prioritize fulfilling all pre-orders as quickly as possible instead.
Ultimately it just didn't feel fair to sell new ones at EDC when some loyal pre-order customers haven't gotten theirs yet.
That said, we'd still love to meet you! Come say hi if you see us out there. We'd love to give you a live demo and a big ole hug. 🤗

What to do when you receive your Totem Compass
1) Open and Tag us!
Open that baby up ASAP and get to know your new festie BFF!
Each Totem Compass comes with two lanyards: one pink and one black. Pick whichever one matches your Vibe and attach it to your Totem.
Then take a photo (or video) and tag us on Instagram—we will repost EVERY SINGLE ONE on the Totem story. 🫶
2) Scan the QR Code
Next step:
Scan the QR Code on the backside of your Totem.
The first time you scan the QR Code, it will allow you to register your Totem. This is super important for product support and warranty claims.
After you register your Totem on the first scan, the QR code will start directing you to helpful resources (Quickstart Guide, Pro Guide, Product Feedback/Support, etc) on subsequent scans.
3) Read the QuickStart Guide
After you register your Totem, you will be automatically redirected to the Totem Compass QuickStart Guide.
First, we recommend reading all the way through once. It takes less than 10 minutes.
Then, grab your Totem Compass and follow the directions in the QuickStart Guide to start using it ASAP!
4) Download Latest Software Update
After you take your Totem out and play with it for the first time, be sure to download the latest software update when you come back in.
If you follow the recommended method (WiFi method) on our Software Update Instructions, you'll be prompted to save your home WiFi onto your Totem so it can automatically download future updates quickly and easily.
This whole process takes about 3-5 minutes the first time.
Afterward, you'll be able to download future software updates in less than 60 seconds because it will remember your home network.🫶
5) Send us Feedback!
We want to know all about your experience. Head to the Product Feedback portal to tell us everything. 🩷
If you're confused about something, we are here to help!

If you absolutely love it and want to shower us in love, we want to know!
We will be rolling out regular software updates to increase battery life, improve the UX, and add cool new features—but we NEED YOUR HELP.
