Then, we'll teach you about 3 important features on your Totem Compass, so you can be a Totem Pro when your order arrives.

1) ⬇️ Rollout Update ⬇️

‍

We received an updated timeline from our manufacturer this week. Based on this latest update, we expect shipping to begin between October 24th - 29th.

‍

Once shipping begins, we forecast that all pre-orders will be shipped within 30 days.

‍

The Shipping Queue is prioritized by chronological order. The first people who pre-ordered will be the first people in the queue.

‍

We will continue communicating Rollout Updates every week on Totem Tuesday. Additionally, we will continue sending email updates to customers every Friday about the status of individual orders.

2) 🫶 Payment Processing 🫶

‍

If you have not paid for your pre-order, please make sure that you pay as soon as possible to avoid any unnecessary delays with your shipping.

‍

You can pay by clicking the "Pay Now" button in the email titled: "Totem Compass: pay for your order today" which was sent on Monday, October 7th.

‍

We will send out another invoice for all unpaid orders on Friday, October 18th.

‍

How to Navigate with your Totem Compass

‍

‍

‍

‍

1) How to Calibrate your Totem

‍

Once your Totems have established Satellite Connection, you and your friends can use them to find each other.

‍

The first step: calibrate your Totem!

‍

‍

Just like an old-school compass, the Totem Compass uses magnetic fields to determine where "North" is. But sometimes it can get a little confused—particularly if you hold it near something that emits a powerful magnetic field.

‍

No need to worry, though! The Totem Compass is a smart and simple device that can re-calibrate itself.

‍

‍

Here's what you need to do:

‍

Hold the Totem Compass horizontally (Compass Mode) and spin in a circle.

‍

That's it!

‍

‍

‍

We recommend doing a quick spin every time before you navigate to a friend. 🙂

‍

‍

‍

‍

‍

2) Totem Compass: Direction Indicator

‍

Once you've calibrated your Totem, it will show you the real-time direction of all your Bonds. 🧭

‍

Each Bond receives a dedicated color on the Totem that indicates their direction and distance.

‍

‍

When your Totem is in Compass Mode (horizontal orientation), the Bond Lights move around your Totem's Halo to point you in the direction of your friends.

‍

‍

When you want to find them, just follow the pretty light. 🤩

‍

‍

The location of your Bonds is updated every few seconds, so you can track them in real-time even as they move.

‍

‍

‍

‍

‍

‍

‍

‍

‍

‍

‍

3) Totem Compass: Distance Indicator

‍

The Totem Compass doesn't just tell you the direction of your friends...

‍

It also tells you their distance!

‍

‍

When you are over 100 meters away from a friend, their Bond Light appears as a single LED on your Halo.
‍

‍

Once you are within 100 meters of them, their Bond Light begins to get bigger.
‍

‍

As you approach them, their Bond Light gets bigger and bigger until it is absorbed into your Crystal at close-range.
‍

‍

When their Bond Light is absorbed into your Crystal, you know you're in the right spot! It's time to look around and find them.

‍
