I can’t even begin to describe how genuine of an interaction I had with Carter and Chase at EF 2026. And the customer support from Kailey has also been seamless! The creators and staff are truly amazing, wonderful, wholesome souls. Met Carter at E.Forest because of his DCC shirt, only to find out he’s the founder. Him and his wife were actually in the middle of shooting a video of how totem works, when my friend and husband came up to Carter with me.

The product is an absolute game changer. The rest of the weekend we were strictly using our totems to find each other and running through the crowds to see how well they worked. I cannot recommend them enough and will be using them for every faire, concert and festival we go to. My husband is known for walking WAY too fast, forgetting people are around him and the king of side quests. Using the Totem compass will give me so much peace of mind when he’s off in his own little world.

Me and my Tribe used the Totem Compass for the first time and we had no problems finding each other or the one I used to make Home base with, I will highly recommend this product to anyone who attends large festivals, it's so simple I'm pretty sure my 4 and 5 Year old great nieces could operate and with a YouTube set-up video it's full proof in my opinion.

So at Electric Forest I personally got to meet Carter and Kailey and the rest of the team, there some of the most genuine people iv ever met, so down to earth and there not just to promote the Totem but to help out with any issues I might have or answer any questions, Carter did update my Totem for me he also gave me a couple of gifts the really sweet Totem Pin and a really nice collapsible fan 🪭.

These worked great for me! Bought 3for my tribe at beyond, didn't think we would need it. But things started going left, we lost a girl. I found her using my compass and she was having a hard time with something she took. But we were able to find her immediately with the compass in time and help her out thank god. We got her back on track and had a great time for the rest of the weekend.

We used it at EDC Vages and found my boyfriend everytime, we also used ut in Area 15 it still worked but not as good. It seems like the more people who have a totem in an area it works better.

i ordered 5 of these guys for my group thats going to electric forest and one of them was damaged, i emailed them and within an hour they got back to me and was immediately working on getting a new one to me! it came shipped and arrived within a few days! some of the best customer service ive had for a product like this and i cant wait to use them!

After using this EDC Las Vegas as a first time festival goer, it was a lifesaver. I was able to connect with my party. Find the comfort in knowing I could just do my own thing, especially because of cell service being so spotty, but knowing that I always had someone that I could get back to if needed. Would highly recommend and I experienced zero problems throughout the entire event.

Getting the totems to sync at first was overwhelming and took me almost an hour but once we were at EDCLV it was easy to locate anyone I was looking for. Spinning in a circle tipsy was interesting so I skipped that part a few times and it still guided me in the right direction.
