Today, we have Rollout Updates and a couple of exciting announcements to share.
Then, to celebrate the One Year Anniversary of Totem Tuesday, we'll go on a backstage tour of Totem's first 12 months. We promise: you've never had this level of behind the scenes access before.

1) ⬇️ Rollout Update ⬇️
Rollout is in full swing! Here's all the latest.
We sent another 1,000+ approved units to our 3PL in the last week! They should begin shipping out to customers in the next 24-48 hours.
That number was a bit higher than expected, so some customers who were told (in last Friday's order update email) that their order would not ship until December will be getting a very pleasant surprise in their inbox later this week when they receive their tracking number. 🥳
More shipments (with higher quantity) will be arriving in the next couple weeks and will ship out immediately after QC inspection.
The manufacturer defect issue mentioned in last week's Totem Tuesday is already being addressed with the manufacturer and is not expected to have any additional impact on future shipments.
As a loving reminder, the Shipping Queue is prioritized by chronological order. The people who have received their Totems (or will be receiving these next 1000) were the first people who placed a pre-order. For specific timeline updates for YOUR order, look for the weekly Order Update email we send out every Friday.
The last pre-orders in the Queue will ship out by early January—possibly sooner. New orders (aka non-pre-orders) will then ship out immediately afterward in January.
