It's officially Rollout Month!
And that means...
Every week will be a very special edition of
🫶🏼 TOTEM TUESDAY 🫶🏼
Throughout Rollout, we'll be keeping Totem Tuesday focused and simple.
We'll start with Timeline Updates.
Then, instead of the typical 3-2-1 format, we will teach you about 3 important features of the Totem Compass!
The idea is to turn you into a TOTEM SUPER USER so you can hit the ground running when your order arrives.

Here are 3 important updates for you:
1) ⬇️ Rollout Update ⬇️
Based on the latest updates from our Supply Chain, we still expect to begin shipping by the 4th week of October (10/21 - 10/25). 🥳
Once shipping begins, we expect all pre-orders to be shipped within 30 days.
The Shipping Queue is prioritized by chronological order. The first people who pre-ordered will be the first people in the queue.
We are working hard to get everyone's Totems out as quickly as possible. Shipping cannot be expedited any more than it already is.

2) 🫶 Payment Processing 🫶
If your payment has already processed successfully, you can skip this section. 🙂
If your payment has not processed yet, you need to change your payment info before October 18th to avoid losing your place in the Shipping Queue.
Here's how to update your payment information:
You should have received an email invoice on Monday (October 7th). If you find that email, you can easily update your payment information by clicking the "Pay Now" button.
To find that email, search for the following subject line
➡️ "Totem Compass: pay for your order today" ⬅️
If you did not receive this email, please let us know! You can begin a conversation with our customer service team by interacting with the Totem Chat on our website.

This week's topic is a very important one: Bonding.
We'll teach you how to add Bonds, how to remove Bonds, and how to check your Bonds on your Totem Compass.

3 things to know about your Totem Compass
1) Bonding Your Totem Compass
If you want to use a Totem Compass to find your friends, first you'll need to Bond with them!
Bonding is a super fast and easy process.
⬇️ Here's how to do it ⬇️
Bring the two Totems next to each other and hold the Touch Crystals simultaneously.
That's all!
A few things to remember:
- you can only Bond with one person at a time
- you cannot Bond to someone without their consent
- each Totem can hold a maximum of 4 Bonds at any time
- you can only Bond while in Compass Mode (horizontal orientation)
And one more thing... Each Totem Compass can Bond with any other 4 Totems at any time. It's not a hard-paired circle! You can add and remove individual Bonds whenever you like.

2) Removing Bonds on your Totem Compass
When the festival is over, you'll need to remove your Bonds to prep for the next event!
Removing your Bonds is also a simple (and very pretty) process.
Here's how to do it:
- Triple-tap the Touch Crystal to enter Bond Removal Mode
- Single-tap the Touch Crystal to cycle between your Bonds
- Press and hold the Touch Crystal to remove the selected Bond
That's all! Not bad, eh? Here are a few other things to remember:
- Your Totem remembers its Bonds even when it dies or turns off. The only thing that can break a Totem Bond is YOU!
- You can only remove Bonds while your Totem is in Compass Mode (horizontal orientation)
- The moment you remove a Bond, they can no longer track you

3) How to Check Your Bonds
It's easy to forget things at a festival—even if you're stone-cold sober.
If you ever forget who you're Bonded to, or forget which Bond Color someone has on your Totem, there's an easy solution.
We call it the Bond Check!
Here's what you have to do:
Touch your Totems together. Your Crystal will then change to show you that person's Bond Color on your Totem.
Simple and convenient!
One thing to remember: Bond Colors are automatically assigned based on their order.
Your first Bond is always Pink. 🩷
Your second Bond is always Green. 💚
Your third Bond is always Blue. 💙
Your fourth Bond is always Yellow. 💛
