Warranty Information: Your limited warranty starts on the date of your purchase and lasts for one (1) year. The Warranty Period is not extended if we repair or replace a warranted product. We may change the availability of this limited warranty at our discretion, but any changes will not be retroactive.

Unsure if I am not using this correctly but I am not sure mine worked out of the box. A light turns on but it does not charge my totems. The design is nice and very slim but operating seems to be an issue.
