Warranty & Returns
Warranty Information: Your limited warranty starts on the date of your purchase and lasts for one (1) year. The Warranty Period is not extended if we repair or replace a warranted product. We may change the availability of this limited warranty at our discretion, but any changes will not be retroactive.
Return Policy: Except for any products designated on the Website as non-returnable, we will accept a return of undamaged products for a refund of your purchase price, less the original shipping and handling costs, provided such return is made within sixty (60) days of delivery.

I may not have fully understood how these work . I originally thought they would work both at indoor raves as well as outdoors events but have confirmed they 100% require direct satelite access so they will only work outdoors. Outdoors they work well
